Less guessing.More progress.
Track calories, macros and workouts in one app, and see what is actually working.
Free plan. No card. We email you the day it lands.

Tracking was the chore.Progress was the mystery.
Logging feels like admin
Weighing, searching databases, typing entries. Most people quit the spreadsheet before they quit the gym.
Portions are guesses
Restaurant plates and home cooking rarely match a database entry, so the numbers drift and trust goes with them.
Progress stays invisible
Weeks of effort with no clear signal. Without a trend you cannot tell a plateau from normal noise.
The loop
One loop. Repeated daily.
Not a program to survive. Five small moves that take about two minutes a day, and each one feeds the next.
- 01
Scan a meal
Point the camera at your plate. FitFreak names the dish and estimates the portion.
- 02
Confirm your macros
Calories, protein, carbs, and fat land in seconds. Adjust anything before you save.
- 03
Log the workout
Sets, reps, and load between sets. Your last session sits next to today’s.
- 04
Track progress
Weight trend, streaks, and volume tell you whether the week actually moved.
- 05
Ask FitFreak AI
It reads your real meals and lifts, then tells you what to adjust tomorrow.
Then tomorrow, again. That is the whole system.
Nutrition
A database, not a guess.
Every food carries where its numbers came from. USDA rows are marked verified. Dishes FitFreak modelled itself are marked estimated, rounded, and prefixed with a tilde. You always know which one you just logged.
- Pick a household serving, not a gram figure you had to invent.
- Recents, favourites and your own custom foods stay one tap away.
- The bundled catalog searches with no connection at all.

Two ways in. One log.
Too hungry to type?
Snap the plate and start eating. FitFreak names the dish, estimates each portion and drafts the macros while you get on with it.
Forgot to take the photo?
Search it instead. 1,387 foods, servings measured in the portions you actually use, and whatever you eat often already waiting at the top.
Either way it ends on the same review screen, so fixing a portion works the same whichever way the meal got there. Missing a day is a gap in the data, not a failure.

The AI names it. The database does the maths.
Photograph a plate and FitFreak breaks it into components with estimated weights, then recomputes each one it recognises against real per-100g data. Anything it cannot place stays visibly marked as the model’s own estimate. You confirm before it saves.

From the scan shown: chicken breast, white rice and broccoli, with the olive oil left as the model’s estimate. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.
Training
Show up. It already knows the plan.

A plan, in two questions
Days per week and how long you have been training. FitFreak picks the split, the sets and the rep range from your goal.
Logged between sets
Tap in reps and load while you rest. Last time sits under the exercise name, so progression is a decision, not a memory test.
Every movement you need
921 exercises with muscle groups and compound flags. Swap, reorder or add anything to a day.
Ask FitFreak AI
A coach that has actually seen your week.
FitFreak AI answers from your logged meals and lifts, not from a generic plan. Ask what to adjust and it points at your own data. Guidance for training and eating, not medical advice.

Track progress
See what is working.
Daily weigh-ins become a trend, not a mood. Training volume, streaks, and intake line up on one screen so a flat week reads as data instead of doubt.
Bench press, top set
12 weeks
The line only moves when your logs do. Illustration with demo data.
Your log stays yours.
No ad or tracking SDK
Nothing in the app reports to an advertiser or a third-party analytics network. FitFreak records its own short, fixed list of product events: a screen opened, a scan run, a workout finished. Never the contents of a meal, a weight, or a coach message.
Photos go only when you say so
A meal photo is sent for analysis when you tap Analyse, and you can ask FitFreak to confirm before every scan.
Take it or delete it
Export everything you have logged as JSON, or delete your account from inside the app. Both are one screen away.
Whatever you train for
Same loop, three different finish lines.
Build lean muscle
Protein targets you actually hit, progression you can see set over set, and a coach that flags when intake stops matching training.
Lose fat without folklore
A calm calorie budget, honest portion estimates, and a weight trend that separates water noise from real change.
Finally stay consistent
Streaks reward showing up, the loop takes about two minutes a day, and missing a day is a data point, not a failure.
Pricing
The loop is free. Pro removes the limits.

FAQ
Fair questions.
The short version: estimates are labeled, the free plan is real, and your data does the coaching.
How accurate is the meal scan?
The scan produces an estimate with a stated confidence level, and you confirm or adjust it before anything is saved. Estimates are good enough to steer a week of eating; they are not lab measurements and are never presented as one.
What is free and what is Pro?
The meal journal, workout logging, water, and streaks are free, and so is a daily allowance of AI meal scans and coach conversations. Pro lifts those daily limits. The 14 day early supporter trial covers everything in Pro.
Do I need to follow a specific program?
No. FitFreak logs whatever you already do and shows you the trend. If you want direction, ask the AI coach what to adjust; it works from your own data rather than a template.
What does FitFreak AI actually see?
Your logged meals, workouts, weight entries, and targets. It uses them to answer questions like what to eat tonight or why the scale jumped. It is guidance for training and nutrition, not medical advice.
Is FitFreak on the App Store or Google Play yet?
Not yet. FitFreak is built for iPhone and Android and both store releases are in preparation. Joining the early access list is how you get the download link the day it goes live, and it is what activates your 14 day Pro trial.
