Privacy policy

• Account information: your email address and name (or the identity shared by Google/Apple sign-in), used solely to authenticate you.
• Health and fitness entries you log: meals, calories and macros, water, exercise, and weight. These are stored encrypted on your device, scoped to your account, and synced asynchronously to your account on our servers so that signing in on another device restores your history. Your device stays the source of truth.
• Meal photos and coach messages: sent to FitFreak's backend only after you explicitly confirm, in order to generate the AI analysis or coaching reply. Requests are processed by our AI provider to produce the response; we do not use them for advertising.
• AI content reports: if you report an AI response, the reported content and category are stored so we can review it.
• Product usage events: a short, fixed list of actions, such as opening the app, completing onboarding, running a scan, or finishing a workout, recorded to our own database so we can tell which parts of the app work. The list is fixed in the app and excludes the contents of your logs: no meal, weight, or coach message ever forms part of an event.

• No advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing.
• No collection of your location or contacts.

Coach replies and meal estimates are AI-generated. They are estimates and general guidance, not medical advice. Every AI response can be reported in-app for review.

You can delete your account in-app (Profile, then Privacy, then Delete Account) or see Delete your account. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated backend records; locally stored logs are wiped from the device.
