Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the FitFreak mobile app collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and name (or the identity shared by Google/Apple sign-in), used solely to authenticate you.
• Health & fitness entries you log: meals, calories and macros, water, exercise, and weight. These are stored encrypted on your device, scoped to your account. They are not uploaded to our servers as a database of your history.
• Meal photos and coach messages: sent to FitFreak's backend only after you explicitly confirm, in order to generate the AI analysis or coaching reply. Requests are processed by our AI provider to produce the response; we do not use them for advertising.
• AI content reports: if you report an AI response, the reported content and category are stored so we can review it.

What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing.
• No collection of your location or contacts.

AI-generated content

Coach replies and meal estimates are AI-generated. They are estimates and general guidance, not medical advice. Every AI response can be reported in-app for review.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account in-app (Profile → Privacy → Delete Account) or see Delete your account. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated backend records; locally stored logs are wiped from the device.
